What Happens in a healing session: 

There is no one-size-fits-all crystal healing session, the process of healing comes from intention, so we spend time before the session discussing what your intentions are and allowing me to understand you a little more.

Similar to a massage, crystal healing is a practice that is intended for relaxing, restoring, and renewing yourself, but on a much deeper. Crystal healing is most effective when intentions and energy channels are open to moving forward or letting go,

In a crystal healing session, it is about allowing your energy to resonate with the energy of the stones. We do this by placing the stones on the grounding points known as the chakras. This allows you to connect to your third eye points, or your intuitive mind, and grants access to check in and see what is going on with the energetic body, which often translates into what’s going on with the physical body.

For example, if you notice you are constantly getting sore throats, in the middle of summer, there might be a possibility that your throat chakra is blocked. Then we can ask:

Where have I not been communicating fully?

Is there something I have been holding in and not speaking up about?

This is the same practice used for distance healing, however we will set up crystal grids in representation of the 7 chakras with your energy and intention in focused on what answers you are looking for.
